The Labelmaster 100% QC-webinspection system is based on latest lighting, camera and software technology. Its Printing Plus 6.0 intelligence detects defects like missing print/foil, mis registration, scratches, spots, blurs, smudges, uneven foil edges, faulty diecutting, colour stain, excessive dot gain, creases, foreign objects, unreadable codes, etc. Its 4K/8K cameras can detect defects from 0.04mm and mis registration from 0,1mm up to a speed of 200 m/min. Optional software modul CodeHERO reads and reports barcodes, QR-codes, OCR and sequential numbering up to 400 codes/sec. ColorHERO monitors 20 color zones for color variations from ΔE>2. ProofHERO compares print to various proof files (PDF, JPG, TIFF, BMP) with layer setup and with automatic brightness calibration. GradingHERO automatically, intelligently and precisely analyses and classifies defects on severity and continuation to prevent human error. The PrintingPlus 6.0 software is easy to learn and operate. Available in widths of 320, 420 and 520mm it can be retrofitted into almost any press or rewinder. MARTIGNONI electrotechnical equipment:
Martignoni’s industry leading range of electrotechnical auxiliary equipment for narrow web presses is designed to improve print quality and for retrofitting into any type of narrow web press. The Turboclean web cleaner is available for single and double side treatment in widths from 250 to 800 mm. Through its pneumatic pressure control it is cleans efficient and is simple to operate and maintain. The Labelflex Corona treater with its ceramic electrodes is suitable to treat plastic and conductive films in widths from 350 to 780 mm. UV.one UV-curing systems:
The EVO UV and EVO LED curing systems are designed for highly efficient UV curing. UV.one’s curing technology is designed for the combination of traditional UV ARC-bulbs and the latest low energy UV LED-bars in one curing system. The water and air cooled EVO system consists of the curing cassettes, the power bricks, the user touch panel, chiller and the ventilation. The curing cassettes allow for quick and easy cleaning and bulb/bar change. It is very compact to fit into presses with limited and tight space conditions.
