The PackRoll 100% QC-webinspection system is based on latest lighting, camera and software technology. Its Printing Plus 6.0 intelligence can detect defects like missing print/foil, mis registration, scratches, spots, blurs, smudges, colour stain, excessive dot gain, creases, foreign objects, unreadable codes, etc. PackRoll is specifically developed for quality inspection of wide-width web materials such as flexible packaging, web tobacco packaging, tipping paper, tetra pak, aluminium foil, lithium battery diaphragm, plastic film materials. Its 4K/8K cameras can read and detect defects from 0.04mm and mis registration from 0,1mm up to a speed of 200 m/min. Optional software modul CodeHERO can read and report barcodes, QR-codes, OCR and sequential numbering up to 400 codes/sec. Optional software modul ColorHERO can monitor 20 color zones for color variations from ΔE>2. Optional software modul ProofHERO can compare to various proof files (PDF, JPG, TIFF, BMP) with layer setup and with automatic brightness calibration. Optional software modul GradingHERO can automatically, intelligently and precisely analyse and classify defects on severity and continuation to prevent human error. The PrintingPlus 6.0 software are easy to learn and operate. Available in widths of 650, 850, 1050, 1250, up o 4000mm it can be retrofitted into almost any press or rewinder. Due to its Ahlbrandt ceramic bars and its stainless steel discharge roller it ensures a high performance and its quick change cartridge allows simple to cleaning and maintenance. The CD107B antistatic unit with aluminium housed anodes is efficient and reliable in active elimination of electrostatic charge of films.
